Postpartum Doula Packages 
Include:

Healing after birth, caring for a newborn, and doing regular household tasks are best done with community support for you, your newborn(s), and your family as you recover and transition together. 

Gentle Acclimation

 One prenatal visit

 Four months of phone/email support

 Twenty hours of daytime support

Companion

 One prenatal visit

 Four months of phone/email support

 Forty hours of daytime support 

First Aid/CPR/AED Classes
Include:

Class size can be between 2 to 8 people. Additional class variations beyond what is listed can be arranged. Successful completion grants a two-year American Red Cross certificate.

 Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED (in-person, Blended: online & in-person)

 Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED (in-person, Blended: online & in-person)
